I’m using chow fun flat rice noodles, but you can use any noodles of your choice.
You might have to add more seasoning if you’re more on the extra flavor side. This was made with Meekatang gravy topping in mind. 😉
Ingredients
1 serving of Noodles of choice
3 tbsp of oil
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp crushed red chili flakes
1 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
0.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
A dash of Sesame oil
Egg(s)
Green Onion or chives
