- Toasted rice powder
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 small red chili finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
Instructions
