Sushi bake is a popular dish that is inspired by Japanese sushi flavors. It typically consists of layers of sushi rice, seasoned with a mixture of mayonnaise and sriracha, and topped with various ingredients such as cooked seafood, vegetables, and sometimes cheese. The assembled layers are then baked until the top is golden and the ingredients are cooked through.
The dish offers a deconstructed and baked twist to traditional sushi rolls, making it a convenient and flavorful option for those who enjoy sushi flavors but prefer a different presentation. Sushi bake has gained popularity for its versatility, as it allows for creativity in choosing ingredients and toppings based on personal preferences.
